1. Initial provisions
2. According to the commercial Terms and Conditions state here, we define the relationship between N&B srl as seller and manager of the e-shop available at the address www.naturalis.store, and the Customer, with whom we contract a purchase order.
3. We take identical criteria for all our Customers and provide them with the same benefits, regardless of the fact they are Consumers or not. Therefore, the rules state in the section Terms and Conditions are valid for all our Customers.
4. Conclusion of a purchase contract
5. It is possible to enter into a long-distance purchase contract with us through the e-shop or our Customer’s line, or personally going to one of our stores.
6. In the case of a long – distance purchase contract, the order made online or by calling the Customer Service, will be considered as a proposal for a purchase contract. The order will be valid for twenty one (21) days and we will confirm the receipt by e-mail. The purchase contract will be finalized upon acceptance of our proposal, made explicit in the form of good shipping. We will inform the Customer about the shipping of the goods by e-mail.
7. Right of withdrawal without indication of any reasons
8. The law provides the Customer with the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online or by telephone without obligation to specify any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the goods.
9. If the Customer intends to exercise that right, he must communicate his decision for the withdraw from the contract within the aforementioned time limit. To do this, the best way is to contact us at info@naturalis.store or call +39 083675042.

iii.     In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the Customer the purchase price of the goods. In the event of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the goods, the Customer will also have a refund of any delivery costs incurred for the purchase in the amount corresponding to the cheapest method available. In the event that the withdrawal occurs beyond this deadline, we will refund the Customer only the purchase price of the goods. The refund amount, whatever it may be, will be make without delay, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal. For the refund, we will adopt the same method used by the customer to pay the purchase price, unless different agreement.

1. According to the law, the Customer will be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods, resulting from a treatment of the goods that is not limited to what is essential to its nature, properties and functionality (for example, if you use a cream even after having already tried it). Please note that the Customer will not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of the products have been specifically manufactured according to the requirements provided by the Customer or customized products (for example, packages with personalized engravings), as well as in the case of goods that do not allow reintegration for hygienic reasons in the respective packaging after being extracted (for example, open cosmetic preparations and other products that come into direct contact with the skin).
